Dettached

Hmm… I’m procrastinating. Damn.

This is just randomness. Nothing to write about, really. I’m getting tired of my Multiply page already, and I haven’t even done much to it. What blah. It’s utter vanity, that page. I dunno why it feels that way to me. It just does. It would be better if my friends in high school had Multiply pages, but NOOOO, they were too busy, they said. There are other more important things to do. Bummer. Not even my closest friends have Friendsters. It’s a sad, sad thing. (-_-)

I have LOADS to do for school and have yet to start. It wouldn’t be too bad if I didn’t have to worry so much stuff at home too. ::sigh::

I’m all over the place right now. Been physically exhausted the past week. I don’t exactly know why. Maybe commuting has taken a toll on me. I used school service froim kindergarden up to high school. And if ever I did commute, it would only take one jeepney ride of about 5 to 15 minutes. Now it takes me an hour. Shortest would be 45 mins. Not to mention that I have to wake up at 4 am in the morning when I only slept at 12. Gad! Never mind. I have to get used to it. I Just have to suck it up, I guess. Just venting right now. Hee. =p

Ash Wednesday just went by. I wasn't able to get ashes on my forehead. I'd just feel like a hypocrite anyway. Blah. Hole Week's approaching, and my favorite activity Visita Iglesia. I love churches, btw. ^_^

One month to go, and my Freshman year will be OVER… OMFGAD!!! I can’t believe it!!! One more month of torture… and then a break… and then summer classes for Math12.

Hopefully, I’ll survive.

Just to list the things I have to accomplish…

This Week:
1. a 4-Level Outline of my Research Paper (Wed)
2. a Fil Paper about being a cat/dog (Mon)
3. 2 Poems for a portfolio in Lit (Wed/Fri)
4. the First Draft of my Research Paper (Fri?)
5. review for 3rd long exam in Math (Tues)

Before mid-March:
1. the 2nd Draft of my Research Paper
2. a Reflection Essay in English
3. being in the Set Committee(?) for the Class Play in Lit (May Day Eve by Nick Joaquin)
4. a Final Paper for Fil
5. the Class Project in Botany (Sense of Taste: Love it. Iron Chef! Hehe.)
6. a Literary Paper No. 2: Poem Analysis

Coming Tests:
1. 4th long exam in Math
2. 3rd long exam in Fil (and maybe a 4th one too…)
3. 3rd long exam in Botany (and maybe a 4th one too…)
4. Math finals
5. Lit finals

Anecdote:
Our usually meany but cheery prof in English went about teaching our class one day with a sort of suplado air. Not a good mood, not a good sign. So one of my block mates commented on it, and the exchange went about like this...
Bianca: Sir, why are you sad?
Sir V: What?
B: Why are you sad?
V: [pause] I'm not sad. I'm dettached. There's a difference. [with matching point of a finger]

LOL. ^_^ He was much nicer after that though. Hehe.

After that came a day when he was teaching us in his usual corny cheery self, but all of us were listening like the dead... no one responding, everyone quiet, and still in their seats. Weird muhn. LOL.
